haven't been in the woods much lately

Been busy at work in the North Atlantic

  3. Not at all Michael. As long as you can get out in a couple of hours. It is a marine survival course . In the pic I am lining up the students for a simulated rescue. Marine immersion suits are real lifesavers for mariners. Spent today in a helicopter dunker trainer.

  4. Wow. With your adventurous outdoor work I can't imagine you are really missing the woods all that much. I'm personally adverse to cold water so I'm not sure I would really like this in practice - though in the picture it looks like great fun to me. I don't envy the dunker training.

  5. I enjoy on and in the salt water but I live for the woods. In the woods and on the barrens I feel content. Then again when I am on the water by myself I feel content as well. To be in the water with good gear on is great fun as long as it is training and you have the means to get out. To be stuck there is a different thing. Any person who can swim generally enjoys the training.
