who knew my little brother could cook like this. Have a great day tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteTurr in a chilindron could help out some 'first time turr eater' with its taste. I gotta say its an acquired taste....and I've come to enjoy it while visiting the family up in Twillingate.
ReplyDeleteIt may be an acquired taste but I love the taste enough that i like them best roasted, then again eiders are my favorite duck to eat as well.
ReplyDeletetake care

Twillingate is the real spot for turrs. I have been there a few times the past few years with work
ReplyDeleteLovely! Looks like you have been getting out plenty and getting into the birds, too. Here's wishing you good weather on your remaining days out.
