Forecast is calling
for sustained winds of 100 km/h with gusts to 120 km/h (60 mph with gusts to 75 mph)
Leslie is going to move through pretty fast
This is the marine forecast for my area. I live right on this coast a couple hundred meters from the water. Going to be a windy morning.
This is no more though than we get every two weeks or so in the winter except for the rain. The rain is expected to mainly impact the island further west than here

I hope the storm blows through without causing you any problems, Dan.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a typical windy day in WY. Of course we don't usually get the kind of heavy rain I think you're talking about. Started chasing blue grouse here.
ReplyDeleteGone through, a bit of problems apparently in the city, we in the rural areas fared well. No worse than we regularly get in the winter. Local news like news anywhere looking for a sensational story. Hope you are getting your diogs out guys. Mine are pretty happy with the getting in shape for the season bit. I have a problem with getting out to the truck if I have my keys in hand.
ReplyDeleteOne week left
regards
Dan
