It may hit 60 later this week

I hear that on the mainland people are complaining of the heat. Send some this way. It is not going to go near 60 here this week.



Wet and cool all summer. It has been a good summer for Atlantic salmon fishing but I have been busy.

    ohhhhhh. Salmon.

    I grew up eating it. Avoid it at most restaurants as it has been frozen for WAYYY too long.

    This is our hottest and dryest summer on record. Barkley has been good, short jaunts to do his business, while I chase him around the house to get him some play time in the evening.

    I'm ready for it to be over. I hate the heat.
